delivery

I placed an order on the 25/10/2019. according to them I was supposed to get an order between the 28/10/2019 and 30/10/2019 but till today there's nothing.. I tried to do follow up with them, they there told me that they had an incorrect address but I will get my order on the 30/10/2019 before 05: 00pm.. I waited still nothing. my order number is o***
