Delivered used/worn underwear

Oh no Woolworths!!!! I ordered some underwear online. This was purchased for an aunty who lives overseas. The bras come in a sealed pack of 2. But they were delivered to me unpacked with someone's nasty fingerprints all over them. What the hell??? This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I thought before I complain let me call the customer care. How unhelpful! They told me to go in store and sort it out. If i wanted to go in store I wouldn't have ordered online ?? this needs to be sorted out asap.
