Delivered something i don't want

Woolworths, I tried phoning so ****** many times to tell you don't send me some shoes i did not ordered or paid for. But yet this morning i received the parcel. This is unacceptable, i don't want these shoes as these are not what i ordered or paid for. It's beyond pathetic that you can't answer your phone, let alone don't pick up the phone and inform me you don't have stock of my product (even though i went to the several Woolworths stores and purchased my shoes i wanted) Refund me so that i can get my money back.<br> <br> Your service is seriously going bad, do something about this bad experience you are giving your customers<br> <br> Order o***
