deli glass burnt my child

I went to the woolies on main Rd seapoint today. My daughter went to the deli to buy cheese puffs. Besides the fact that we couldn't benefit from the special....cause they were out of stock, my daughter burnt both arms on the hot counter. She leaned against the glass by mistake, which was boiling hot an d burnt the inside of her arms! I understand that the food needs to be a certain temperature, however this is much hotter than usual woolworths counters. Please investigate and give me feedback before someone really hurts themselves! !! It's an hour later and her arms are still red and sitting with an ice pack on them!!!!
