Delcairn Kloof - Shocking Management

I went shopping at Woolworths, Delcairn Centre on Sunday afternoon- 20th May, Kloof,Kzn.I purchased cat food x 5 tins advertised at 5 x R55.I got to the till and the non discounted price reflected.It took ten minutes for the manager to arrive to rectify this error.I then purchased slimmers lollies. I got to my car to eat one only to realise thr cold chain had not been maintained and the lollies were all fluid. Back in to the shop and another 15 minutes.All the lollies in thr freezer were fluid and not frozen.The manager stated an alarm goes off whrn freezers not working - well clearly in this case they didn't. Shocking shopping experience. Management at Delcairn need a wake up call!!
