Delayed order

I ordered items online almost two weeks ago, I only received one email communication from Woolworths saying my items are being processed. I contacted customer service via email, and got an automated response saying an agent will contact me, even that was not done. A day ago I decided to call them and they notified me that they’ll contact the warehouse, still no communication. To date, I have not received my items.

I ordered from Bash in the same day, and in a few days I received my things, I’m really disappointed
