Delayed delivery

I ordered a mirror on the woolies app on Thursday and opted for express delivery so that it could be delivered by today. I called in yesterday because I realized that I still have my old number on the profile and I asked that they change it for the delivery. The agent who was helping failed to tell me that when ammendments are made to the delivery it also affects your delivery time. I called now to find out about my delivery and I'm being told to expect it by December 13th which is unacceptable. I paid for express delivery for a reason, why would I a wanna wait for the 13th?? This is absolutely frustrating
