delay with my case at ccma

<p>I went to ccma the 12April to lay a case and they said they will notify me with a SMS with my serial no,I never received one from them,I went back to hear what the problem was they said I must wait they will sent me an SMS,its now two months since I made my case with them,I went there several times but they could nor assist me,or they not there,what will my process be as you only have 30 days to report a case,I even phone them several times as they said they cannot find my forms,please assist</p>
