Defective Product

I bought a Lancome foundation on the 26th of July, however I only started using it recently. The foundation is making my eyes so red that I can't even drive back. When I called Woolworths they said they can't refund me because its over 60 days. So basically if you buy from woolworths you are playing with your money because even if the product is defective they don't respond.
