Defaulted without any notification or correspondence, this is NOT ACCEPTABLE .I have been calling almost daily trying to get this sorted and keep getting the run arround!!!

I am extremely frustrated with Woolies financial at the moment. I have been trying to get someone to explain the reason behind my default being listed without any correspondence or notification to me. According to them i am under debt review which is not the case. I have sent them my NCR17 form and still they haven't updated my account status/profile on ITC. I then received an sms from Transunion saying that i have been defaulted by Woolies. Not once did i receive a call or an sms or even received a statement of my account to indicate that this is what is going to happen, I have been paying my account religiously every month which made me wonder why as they have still defaulted me. This is a bad reflection on my itc profile all because of their negligence. I want my account to be removed from default and was told 4-5 days and im still waiting for a response. I still dont even know what my balance is as their is a block on my account and no-one can help me with a balance. So what am i paying for if i dont even know what my balance is?. This is outrageous and unacceptable. All i want is this to be over and i will never ever recommend a Woollies account to anyone if this is the type of treatment received. I can understand if i DO NOT pay my account or run away but this is not the case. I have even gone the NCR route who is hopeless as well as no-one ever response, all they say is contact your debt reviewer, who is that when im not under debt review. No-one is prepared to go the extra mile to check details they sit behind desks and dont even investigate, its like sending automatic emails.....Really what is our country coming if we have people that are not prepared to go the extra mile. All i want is to get to the bottom of this ASAP.
