Default on Kids Shoe

I normally buy all my kids clothing and shoes from Woolworths. I don't normally have any issues with my purchases. However, I purchased a Woolworth kids sandle with the velcro straps, hasn't been worn for long, however the entire sole at the bottom of one foot has completly come off. I have pics taken pics of this. I have no receipt of purchase, I don't even know when it was purchased. But I suppose I have lost my money.... and the shoe must be trashed. Its pity during these trying times, when every cent helps.
