Dedicated Service

I went into a Woolworths Food at Grayston Shopping Centre to buy some Wine. When I got to the Till to my suprise the price of a 5L Box was not what was marked on the shelf. On quering this, I went to the shelf with the Till Operator and she saw for herself the discrepancy in the pricing. She then called her Superior Sibongile who also witnessed this. I was so pleased with the way Sibongile handled my issue. She was very professional and understanding. I would like to applaud and ask her to keep up extra ordinary service in this day and age.
