Declined for a credit card with no explanation why

I app**** for a woolworths black credit card. My application was approved and they requested my salary slips. I sent them. Then got a sms saying i have been declined. I phoned the number provided and they said after receiving the payslips they determined i do not meet the minimum requirement. My payslip exactly matched my income. They said they cannot tell me what went wrong. They said i mist reapply after 6 months.
