Debt review unflaged

I was under debt review 6 years ago, I finished my payments early 2011 by getting settlements letters from consumer friendly for Woolworths card . to my surprised with Woolworths system its still show that I am under debt review even thou I am not as ITC shows and I confirmed with NCR, so I feel like am being discriminated cause if I apply for any credit with these stores it just says under debt review and that's not fair NCR confirmed that you can not be discriminated because of the your history or past. I have a clear credit record and not under debt review but on their system am flagged as a someone who's under debt counseling, I would like this to be removed as it is not fair to be punished for some thing that happened years ago. I must be judged with the current situation .
