Debt recovery issued

Today I received a recovery service letter for the total of R142. I pay my account every month on time and now I have received a claim for a ridiculous amount of money. I know for a fact that this last month I made a huge deposit into my account completely invalidating this ridiculous claim. Now I have this mark on my credit record and I have to pay overdue charges. I have subsequently paid the money into my account (it took less than a minute) but there were no details what so ever about how to make said \charges"so for all I know it could be completely wrong.<br> Then"
