Debit order personal loan
I have a WW personal loan and it’s giving me a bad record . My statement installment due date is 8 or 9th of each month. Sometimes the d/o doesn’t get requested than I make eft payments. 1sept no d/o requested I then made an eft on the 7th Sept. then I received statement on the 18th that payment is due on the 9th .. Then on the 27th received sms that my installment will be deducted on the 1st Oct . I then immediately send an email stating there will be no monies in that account on the 1st. I received a reply that the d/o was already scheduled. My point why send me sms on the 27th if u will deduct why not have communicated that on my statement coz if it was on my statement then the monies would have been in my account... I have showed as defaulter on Apr and Aug on ITC and I blame WW for this ... coz if u accepted my business account I won’t have this problems . Even my current FNB account I was told it can’t be used coz my Id number can’t be validated .. Then the next thing you request d/o from it . Now because of the d/o of the first my other d/o returned as unpaid and Telkom charge an amount of R200 for returned d/o If your statement doesn’t state the installment due date as the first yet you deduct it from it the first . Then I have valid query on taking this with the ombudsman. I’m not running away from my commitments. I have proof of all my correspondence where I’m looking for the best way not to default . But a return debit order cost me more , so I avoid having to have return debit orders. I always communicate. Coz the bank add chargers and other companies also add they own . This payment will be made before the 7th. But now the extra cost that I have occurred who is liable for it
