Debit order deduction which is almost double my installment as per the July statement

I am fuming. WFS deducted an amount which is almost double the installment amount. I called to enquire and was told it is because they increased my credit limit, without my consent. Even that explanation does not explain the huge jump from R484,57 to R914,57. Considering that my closing balance at statement date is R4207,55. Spoke to Slynette, *** who said she logged a reversal but can't promise whether it woukd be effected. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU GUYS.
