Dealt with complaint fast with a friendly smile

I purchased ice cream which was on special but at home realised I paid full price. I complained about the incident and the store manager Anton called me. I met with him this morning and was compensated. Service with a smile. Thank you Anton. This is probably one of the reasons Waterstone is voted as best Woolworths in SA. I will be back!
