Dead Flowers

I done an online order for my mom 12 Roses and box of Ferrero Rochers to be delivered to her house in Ottery Cape Town. She just let me know now that she is happy at gesture but flowers leaves are brown and some hanging.she sent me a pic.I am disappointed I wanted to give her something special but it was not.
