Daylight ******* at Woolworths credit card

Good day I have had enough of Woolworths Credit card division. I closed my account many years ago, and they have still been deducting cards fees every month. I have called in on so many occasions to stop the debit, I eventually I stopped the debit on my banking app - and then they hand me over to lawyers (Blake and Associates) that keep sending me a blanket email about my debt, and to make a payment plan, but refuse to respond to my emails. I seriously want to take this further. How many people are being ********** like this.
