David Jones Jeans - Quality not up to scratch!!!

Hi, please could you let me know if you actually respond to your customer care emails?

I have emailed twice with regards to the bad quality of your David Jones jeans, and have had absolutely no response.

My advice is, if you have a complaint center, employ enough staff to get back to you.

I look forward to hearing from someone.
