Data integrity in question

I am a client for many years. I am currently receiving communication for another client. I have reported this numerously but to no avail. 2 weeks ago they sent me an email and assured me my contact details have been taken off this other client's profile but to date I am still receiving messages. I have asked via email for a Senior Manager to call me but to no avail. This is so frustrating as they assure you they take service seriously but clearly they don't.
