DASH Service pathetic

Woollies Dash is the worst. This is my 2nd time that I have experienced the most pathetic online service. I ordered 8 items of which only 3 was delivered. There was no message on the App to state the the majority of the items were unavailable and provide the option to cancel the order. It is disgusting to pay a delivering fee of R35 for 3 items.

With Checkers sixty60, they have the decency to refund the delivering fee should they not be able to fulfilling the requested items ordered.

The Woolworths customer service line does not get answered nor do their emails get answered.

Pathetic service from Woolworths. Will not use this service again. Rather use a retailer with some integrity.
