Dash Order o*** refund (order placed Nov 15)

I placed a dash order on the 15th of Nov. the Driver called after 2 and half hours asking for my address, by then i was already on my way home so he returned the order to the store. a lady then called and advised that she would process a refund. on the 1st of Dec i phoned the call centre to which i was told no refund was ever actioned. Robyn said she would process it and i should wait another 2 weeks. today is the 29th of Dec and still nothing! this is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting service. i want my money back!
