Dash driver was rude and aggressive, I feared for my safety!

After spending the whole weekend at the hospital, I ordered some food from woolies because I couldn’t cook as I live by myself. My building has stairs and no elevators so usually when deliveries arrive I will go downstairs to collect them. Today I specifically left instructions for the delivery driver to please come up as I am not feeling well and moving is a bit of a challenge for me. The guy called my intercom with and basically reprimanded me to come and collect my order and I asked him to please come up because I am not feeling well. He sighed and came up and I said to him there was really no need for him to reprimand me like that as I explained my situation. The rage in his face was something else, he saw that I was physically vulnerable and continued to shout at me. Fearing for my safety because I knew I couldnt fight back if he hit me and we standing directly infront of my door, I backed down and he continued to ask me if I wanted to make this a problem while slowly coming at me. If he wasnt on the clock, he definitely would have assaulted me. His name is Vicky, I can’t remember his last name. I reported this to Woolies Dash and the lady kind said she would escalate it but I dont have any confidence anything will be done about it. What happened today could have been avoided if this man was trained properly, I paid for a service and I shouldnt have to fear from my safety from a delivery driver. I’m worried about the consequences of me reporting him, he knows how I look like and he knows where I live. Woolworths I know you dont give a damn about your customers but please do something about this before an actual crime is committed because your dash drivers are unhinged and very aggressive.
