Dash Delivery service is horrible

<div>I place an order ( Order Number:o***)for Dash delivery on the 25th of December 2024, when the driver came to deliver the packaging was damaged. There was an item (Tangy Coleslaw 500g) that was not inside the bag and was damaged, which I had to throw away. I queried this with Dash Delivery department he reassured me twice that they will refund me. Today is the 20th of Jan I still have not received my fund. This is totally ridiculous.</div>
