Dash delivery service

I regret buying from Woolies online…I place an order with them on the 21st and they said it was going to be delivered on or before the 1st of July…And then on Saturday the 29th of June no one was home and my number said that there was a parcel for me and unfortunately they left with it and said they will call back.No one called and then on Monday instead of them making a delivery to me the status of the order said the order was delivered on Monday the 1st of July and was received by me …I am so disappointed in Woolies and I’ ve been calling the call centre and they said they will investigate and get back to me but nothing still Should stick with Bash at least their online service is fast and reliable
