Dash delivery

I made a dash delivery order on 14th of January at 3pm for delivery between 4 and 5 pm. I notified my security at the gate too keep an eye out for thw delivery guy as well as i live right next to the gate. NO ONE CALLED NO ONE ASKED AT THE SECURITY GATE. But according to the delivery guy Ernest Thabiso i was not available for delivery as well as our security guy was not available. No one was here!! We phone to follow up but the rwply we get was easy SORRY MAM BUT YOUR ORDER WAS ABANDONED BECAUSE YOU WERW NOT AVAILABLE!! WE WILL REFUND YOU IN 7 DAYS!! I ordered this for my kids for school lunch boxes if i could have went to the store and buy it i would have. I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF WOOLWORTA DAAH SERVICE EVER AGAIN AS WELL AS SUPPOET THEM IN STORE! I WOULD ADVISE ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NOT BUY ANYTHONG FROM THWM EVER AGAIN.
