DASH. Buyer beware. Zero customer support!

I ordered from Woolworths Dash on Sunday 7/12/25. I received the incorrect product, which is cheaper than the one I ordered, but I was still charged for the more expensive item. I was hoping to return the item for the one I needed. And now it’s almost Friday and no one has offered me any help. I can’t order from Dash again, because now I know that no one cares what nonsense gets delivered and they take your money and the customer must suffer.
