Damaged Goods

I am really disappointed in Woolworths, I love woolworths the quality does not compare don't get me wrong. The service I received today is really beyond me. I purchased a garment without trying it on. Got home and it is miles too big. I returned it and was told unfortunately it can not be returned as there is a small Bright pink lipstick mark on the iside of the garment. That is not my lipstick. I obviously bought it with the mark on it and didn't notice. So no refund and I cannot even change it for a another size. So I tell the store manager he should just have the garment because what am I meant to do with it ? Lipstick and too big. Maybe garments should also be checked at the dressing room after being tried on. what am I meant to do with this garment now ???? too big and of cause the lipstick stain which has been pointed out to me.
