Cutting the call without solving the problem for the customer

I am very angry at the consultant i spoke to yesterday by the name of Nono who was supposed to help me about my concern regarding an interest rate that am being charged for even when i don't use the card anymore. She made me hold and then cut the call on me. She never called me back to explain why did she hang up on me
