Customer Services Call Centre very poor service to no service provided

I am so dissatisfied with the woolies customer service, I have called back and forth more than 6 times and everytime it's either the noise in the background is way too loud the call is answered then hung up or in the middle of the call it would just be hung up, even after providing my details nobody calls me back and all I want is a paid up /closure letter. I am really so dissapointed in the service now I don't know what to do maybe I should send the CEO a email cause wow
