Customer service ZERO

<p>app**** for an additional retail card for my daughter on the 17th of January this year . On couple of occassions , only after I enquired , I was advised the card has been posted . Still to date nothing has been received . It's 31st of May today . Amazing !!! Customer service ZERO !!! ZERO !!! Every time I phoned and enquired about it , I was told there's no other way of receiving the card except posting it . In this time of technology, even in thieving South Africa , they still believe in Post Office ? </p>
