Customer service unmatched

Best customer service ever. They pricey yes, but the service is unmatched.

My mom's sandals that she bought at Woolies some time ago broke while she was at the Pavillion mall. She walks into Woolies to get new sandals, but the lady tells her she can get a new pair at their expense (ofcourse equivalent to the amount spent on the broken sandals).

Sataday last week, I was at the Gateway shop, and I was returning shoes I bought for my son. Some lady comes in with 4 underwears that she bought for her kids, already worn and washed. She complained about the elastic being damaged after a few washes, and the manager took the undies and processed a refund. This is without a slip. All she did was check the floor for those undies.

I can go on forever with all the great experiences. I have lived in 4 different provinces in SA, and I have never had issues with Woolies. If I am not satisfied, they rectify the situation and I move on.

I buy clothes and food there - mostly veggies, fruits and their plant based products.

I love their service.♥️
