Customer service SUCKS!!!

Opened an account on 29 november 2025, the online registration promped for me to choose if i want my card delivered or will i collect it a my nearest branch. I selected the collection option. Today is 10 January, still no card! Called customer service head office, the lady was so rude and uninformative. I tried explaining to her that my card should be at the store i selected, she just gave me some story of the card being sent to my home adress (a farm) by the way. When i asked her to arrange for a replacement card she suddenly asked me to verify my home adress so they can send a replacement. I'm very unhappy about the way i was treated on te phone.
