Customer Service Sucks

Woolwoth's customer service and attitude STINKS! It has been a month now that I have been waiting for assistance. I have been there several times, phoned several times. Not the assistant or store Manager is doing anything. Just empty promises. The assistant said another branch has the item I want and she is waiting for the Rosebank branch to forward it. A month and nothing. I struggle to get these type of items and they are just not interested in proper service. Woolwoth's goods are hell expensive so I would think they would take better care of their customers. Lowsy!! Disappointing. I would not be surprised if they don't respond to my complaint. I will spread the news!!!
