Customer Service not great..

Bought rotten Clementines and contacted Customer Service who asked me to send a mail.I did but the service is really not up to standard any longer - how long does it take a consultant to contact a customer This is not a first with perishables..it's the first time I complain about it though as I didn't want to make a big deal before but now I am just shocked about the service levels than the rotten fruit.
