Customer service non existent

I am a woolworths account holder and have been shopping there for decades. For the first time I sent in a query/complaint to there customer service. I had gotten a response 2 days later. I unfortunately did not respond immediately and the following day I received an email informing me the query was now closed. They obviously do not care about there customers concerns as I have emailed them a response but they do not respond at all.
