Customer service non existent????

I have spent hundreds of rands of calls to the call centre trying to get somebody to answer and assist me with cancelling an online order! I have also sent multiple emails requesting cancellation of this online order. Finally somebody answered today (after I have been valling all week) just to tell me that someone will call me later to assist. Needless to say, nobody has called! I want this order cancelled and my funds returned to my credit card. Is there anybody that can help??????
