Customer service is a appalling

I purchased 2 pairs of jeans from woolworths , they arrived perfectly on time and when i looked at the tags on the jeans , they were both priced 100 rand less than what i paid !! I contacted woolworths to get my R200 back and no one has made contact and the jeans have already started fraying. Honestly ridiculous and disgusting.
