Customer Service for Online Delivery

Woolies, Your customer service is absolutely useless when it comes to online deliveries. We received my Christmas present just in time for Christmas- pity it was completely the incorrect order delivered. We have emailed 4 times since 23 December (no replies) and phoned customer care line with zero assistance and only for the fifth call for someone to inform us they can’t deal with the issue directly and we have to send a mail (letting us know they only seeing to emails today 2-5pm). Pathetic if you ask me? Customer service for who?
