I would like to express my gratitude to Woolworths Sandton City . The most outstanding service ever from Woolworths. I was warmly welcomed to the store by an amazing guard at the front door . Then at the customer service Department I was assisted by Dipuo , who was so glad to help me with such a warm smile and greeting. Then comes the Manager Siya from the food Department who was such an amazing manager , who greeted and welcomed me to Woolworths. It almost felt as if I was royalty . Its rare or none existing that one would receive this kind of customer service in this day and age . Siya's etiquette for customers , speaks very loudly about himself and the brand itself. Under a few minutes I was assisted and thanked so many times for shopping at Woolworths. I have to say wow and a very big thank you to Siya and team . I was at your competitor or you may call it a very big National retail before stopping at Woolworths and let me tell you, I just couldn't wait to leave that store due to rude and *********** staff . I will continue to support a store like yours, due to the high levels of service from your staff and Management . Lastly I must say your store looked absolutely amazing and very informative to customers , in terms of signage and direction . Well done Siya and Team . Yolan Munsamy
