Customer service doesn't exist

I have been having the same issue with woolwoths for the past month and emails are answered, reached out to you via private messages on Twitter because I dont want to be that customer but i feel like im left with no choice but to start tweeting our business for the world to see because of how i am being treated. Can someone attend to my insurance issue?
