customer service disappointment

at 14:00 on the 29th of August I and a friend visited the woolworths in horzion view center looking for assistance and we were advised by the security that the manager Malindi is present. We saw her and the security requested her attendance she blatantly told the security that she is not going to assist us (Angifuni) and she is on lunch. We then got the assistance of another lady who was a great help ( Forget her name she deserves a compliment of great customer service) the rude manger we meet should know her name. Malindi then went on to say he thought that the security was joking like really, if I were of a different skin color she would have attended to us .
