Customer service at Woolworths, kerk and rissik street

Woolworths kerk and rissik street, Johannesburg The customer service at Woolworths kerk is appalling in this heat there is no proper air conditioning, the bottom floor is ridiculously hot as if that’s not bad enough we queue for a very long time the cashiers are super slow, take forever serving just one person for no reason at all, I almost fainted today while standing in that queue in that mad heat they couldn’t be bothered I buy my child’s clothing at Woolworths I’ve been to a lot of the shops the madness I experienced at kerk was just appalling. I was at Woolworths South Gate yesterday the line was so long it was packed but I didn’t even spend half an hour in the line, the sad part is not only because it’s almost Christmas so it’s insanely busy it’s always that way. Early November I experienced the same horrible customer service when I went to buy my daughter’s uniform. I once spent a whole hour just to do a laybye. They’re truly disappointing
