Customer service as pathetic as the products

Ordered their "chocolate sauce" online, received item, nt at all a sauce, comes out in a paste like consistency and the taste is off putting. Contacted them via email, received a response asking for pics, price, etc. This information was sent to them on the 28/10/2022, sent them a follow up email a few days later and still nothing. It is nw the 10/11/2022 and there has been no response from woolworths, such poor service and not what you expect from such an establishment. The bad customer service is almost as bad as the product I received, ALMOST.
