Customer service and woolworths standards dropping

Woolworths Manlyn staff I'll managed,making noise chatting and one has to ask way as they stand in groups blocking the way for customers to reach or look at items in the store.Till points are a circus with one teller screaming to the other teller.The Potters with trollies playing around.Please let one of top management visit this store unannounced and see for themselves.The staff require customer management and behavioral training. The staff can chat but cannot be screaming and talking embarrassing staff for children to hear.16th June store visit was an awful experience for most customers.
