Customer service and waste of time

<p>Hi Woolies! I wrote an email to your Nichol Way store manager about how your chicken pies have no chicken in them. No response. I then sent this mail to your customer service and they want me to get Barcodes/pricing/batch # etc. I would need to waste my time to go back to the store to try and obtain this information...which the store manager could've gotten on the day had he rep**** to my initial mail. Not sure why I should be running after you or doing your jobs for you??</p>
