I always visit the woolworths Pavilion branch as it is always neat and easy to find what I am looking for. The cash desk assistance in the food section are always friendly however the cash desk assistance for the women clothing part of it look tired and soo unfriendly, I almost feel scared to approach and pay for my items. I smile and greet them first before I get a "straight face hello " back.

Please management allow them to learn a thing or two from your cash desk assistance in the food section, because at this day and age it's customer service that makes your customers become loyal shoppers.
