Customer service

I am very unhappy with the information and rude manner the cashier addressed me. I have asked a few other stores I visited in the greater JNB and they all confirmed what the cashier to me was deliberately malicious & prejudice. I also cannot understand why she would say that the order/process was initiated by the store manager Lucy Tau.<br> <br>
